Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Kade founded Brewster Consulting Group to help companies unlock operational efficiency and turn data into a competitive advantage. A recognized thought leader, he speaks at industry-leading conferences on the intersection of AI, business intelligence, and process optimization. Kade has developed multiple proprietary frameworks and operating systems — including methodologies for data governance, process maturity, and performance-based cost reduction — that consistently deliver value and six-figure cost savings for clients. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a background in financial services, he combines rigorous analytical discipline with practical AI integration to help companies do more with less. He is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ben Vaughan, CFA | PMP | CSSBB
VP, Analytics Services
Ben leads client delivery at Brewster Consulting Group, managing analytics engagements across healthcare, manufacturing, and insurance. A Duke Fuqua graduate with a background in quantitative management, he brings disciplined project leadership and deep expertise in data governance, process improvement, and BI development. Ben holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, and Financial Analysis, giving him a rare ability to connect operational data to business outcomes. He is based in Blacksburg, VA.
Will Oyarzabal
VP, Business Development
Will leads all sales and business development activities for Brewster Consulting Group. With over a decade of experience in IT and telecommunications sales consulting, he has a proven track record as a top performer working with both large IT service companies and smaller managed service providers. Will specializes in leading complex sales opportunities and strategic digital transformation engagements, bringing a consultative approach rooted in Solution Selling and Strategic Value Selling methodologies. He and his wife, Kathleen, reside in San Antonio, Texas.
Tim Lee, MBA | PMP
Senior Advisor
Tim previously served as COO at Brewster Consulting Group, bringing deep expertise in cost reduction and revenue-enhancing project management across higher education and healthcare. His track record includes leading a tech stack consolidation that delivered over $400K in savings for a $600M firm and spearheading a performance improvement initiative that resulted in $50M in net realized savings for a $1B+ health system. Originally from Texas with an international upbringing in East Africa, Tim now lives in Virginia with his wife and three daughters. Tim has stepped back from day-to-day operations to pursue other opportunities but remains engaged with the team and continues to add value to engagements where his expertise is a fit.
