03
Proposed Change Review
We present a detailed list of recommended changes with projected cost savings by month and year, covering every area where we've identified reduction opportunities. You decide which recommendations to act on.
02
Organizational Review
Over 6-8 weeks, we conduct a comprehensive review of your workforce, technology stack, vendor contracts, and benefits plans. All we need is access to your team and systems — we handle the rest.
04
Change Execution
We support you through implementation by drafting new processes, developing change management documentation, and financially tracking the results.

Cost Optimization Consultants Built for Your Business
Brewster Consulting Group is an operations consulting firm that helps organizations reduce operating expenses without sacrificing the quality of their business or their people. Our cost optimization consulting approach is built on a simple principle: every expense should directly support a core business process. If it doesn't, it's a candidate for reduction or elimination. Across industries like manufacturing, construction, healthcare, financial services, and professional services, our team has helped organizations identify millions of dollars in annual savings.
Our Approach: Process, People, and Technology
What sets us apart is our proprietary Process, People, and Technology framework. We start by mapping your core business processes to understand the activities that actually drive your operations. From there, we evaluate whether your workforce structure, technology stack, and vendor relationships are aligned to those processes. This approach allows us to reduce payroll costs by identifying misaligned headcount, eliminate redundant technology spend, and streamline operations through business process automation services. And because our fees are tied to the savings you choose to execute, there's zero financial risk to your organization.

What does it cost?
Our fees are based on a percentage of the annualized cost savings you choose to execute. If you want us on-site, we ask that you cover travel expenses. That's it. You can only have a net positive financial impact by partnering with Brewster Consulting.
